Webgilitys support team is there when you need help and fix any issue you may have in a timely manner. Compatible with DTC and B2B stores. Webgility is an ecommerce accounting and inventory automation solution for QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise. Terrible – no customer service, does not work, need to find an alternative sync- I’ve begged for service Our new B2B workflows includes features like customer & class sync, draft orders, PO numbers & bi-directional payment & payment terms sync. After just 1 day, I upgraded my plan as I have nothing but high expectations for this app.

App support provided by Intuit. The only issue is when you do an exchange on the same invoice in shopify, they do not transfer the exchange and it need to be manually done in quickbook. Rod was incredibly helpful in resolving our syncing current and noncurrent assets: the difference issue between Shopify and QuickBooks. Really appreciate the fast and effective assistance, thank you!
